Minnesota's Mall of America is welcoming Texas-based vegan chain Earth Burger into its hallowed halls in 2018, according to Vegan News. MOA is the largest shopping mall in the United States, so you know there has been many a weary vegan looking hopefully around the food court in between shopping splurges. They need look no further. Earth Burger has it all.
In addition to a classic burger, the eatery serves buffalo style "chikn" wraps, vegan quesadillas, fish-less sandwiches, and sides of fries galore. Or kale salads, if you not only want to be conscious, but healthy.
Carrie Charleston, MOA Vice President of Leasing, told Vegan News that despite their many offerings, Earth Burger is very welcome at MOA.
“With over 50 different dining options at MOA,” said Charleston. “We are delighted to expand our selection with Earth Burger’s unique vegan and kosher-certified menu.”
And it looks like the rest of Minnesota is delighted, too:
Finally, something to fill your tummy while emptying your wallet. Plus, they have a kid's menu and dessert. Like coconut-based soft serve:
That's pretty sweet.
